Four Corners Cutting & Reining Association
Serving Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado

Our annual Stallion Service Auction is over, but it is not too late to get a foal sired by one of these FCCRA Futurity Elligible Stallions. See our Stallion page for more information on the eligible stallions.

Each year the Four Corners Cutting and Reining Association hosts a Stallion Breeding Auction. Stallion owners are invited to sponsor FCCRA's QUAD Futurity Program by donating a breeding service to be sold at auction. The funds raised from this auction are held in escrow for paybacks in a QUAD (four-year) Futurity Program. ALL foals by eligible stallions may participate in one or all of the futurities in the 4 year program by paying the nomination fee(s). Foals are shown at halter as weanlings and yearlings, in Western Pleasure as 2 year olds and in Cutting or Reining as three year olds.

Each year a percentage of the escrow purse plus nominating entry fees for that year is paid back with the balance of the escrow being paid out the fourth year. Stallion Incentive money ($500) is set aside and paid to the owner of the sire of the four-year (QUAD) High Point horse in the Amateur and Open Divisions.

In 2007, the FCCRA paid out over $11,000 in cash and prizes was won by participating horses and stallion owners.

Stallions may also be paid in at the minimum bid of $200 or 1/2 their breeding fee, whichever is greater, by December 31st to make the foals of the following year eligible to participate in FCCRA's QUAD Futurity Program.

The FCCRA is pleased to announce some new changes that will help build our club into a bigger and better organization. Please renew your membership or join us today so you can be a part of this great year! Just go to our Members Page for the renewal application.
